I Could Hang Around ‘Til The Leaves Are Brown And The Summer’s Gone…

‘Tis the season for sweaters, and I’m so excited about getting comfy and cozy in my favorite new knits! So when Lands’ End Canvas approached me again (remember back in April I worked with them on this post) to take one of their sweaters and style it with the Poor Little It Girl touch, I couldn’t refuse! I’m obsessed with the nautical feel of this striped sweater and the back button detailing makes it more special than your average pullover. Mixing all these shades of blues (dark jeans, chambray shirt, and navy stripe in the sweater) creates a perfectly pulled together – yet sort of hipster – look for fall!

Lands’ End Canvas Back-Button Sweater, $34.99
J.Crew Chambray Shirt, $98
Urban Outfitters Flare Jeans, $68
Urban Outfitters Fedora (similar), $29.99

  4. Ohmygosh. I own this same striped sweater — Lands’ End Canvas lovers unite! — and this is EXACTLY how I like to wear it. (Well, with the exception of the fedora, because hats just don’t like me.) But I’d love to know: what shoes did you wear with this? Depending on my mood — and where I’m headed — I normally go with cognac wedges or converse.

  5. Cathy, your photos and outfits always look amazing!!! Next time you come to Tally we should team up for a fashion photo shoot!!! Get me more practice :)
