If there’s one thing people love this time of year it’s a tacky Christmas sweater. But I’ve got to say, that whole trend is not really for me. (Don’t get me wrong, this one and this one are quite funny!) I love festive knits that exude the holiday spirit, without being so in your face about it. Maybe it’s because I grew up with a mom and grandma that wore Christmas cardigan that had twinkle lights and made sounds, ha! Once I spotted this snowflake blue and red sweater I knew it was just my style. I love the bold blue, and the print is festive joyful without being too much.
And I know I’m talking about Christmas and standing in a pile of autumn leaves. But y’all, Atlanta is a little delayed on know what season it actually is right now. Finally, it’s freezing. But earlier this month was hardly the case. I discovered that Piedmont Park here in the city was in full fall-mode during our pre-Thanksgiving dinner walk and just knew I had to come back with my photographer to shoot looks here. If I hadn’t known better I would have sworn at some moments it felt like we were in Central Park in NYC!
