I Wanna Get Physical, Let’s Get Into Physical. Let Me Hear Your Body Talk, Your Body Talk…


I’ve been sharing a lot on Snapchat recently about my issues with anxiety. It’s a problem I’m dealt with for years, and I continue to work on each and every day. I have found though, that the one thing that helps me the most when those anxious feelings take over, is to get out of the house and get active! Be it a walk (Adam and I love taking long walks all around DC, something I’m going to miss terribly when we move next week!) or a trip to Pure Barre – moving and getting my heart rate up and body moving is essential for my mental health and well being. So if I’m gonna work out, might as well look cute, right? You saw my typical PB uniform here, but I’m hoping to add a few more pieces to my activewear collection.
