So maybe I took these shots in an alley next to my apartment on my way to dinner but, seriously, don’t you think this outfit is super Parisian chic?! Park me at a sidewalk café with a little notebook and a latte and I’d be Taylor Swift in one of her latest music videos. So maybe I’ve never been to the most romantic city on Earth (one day) but this outfit certainly transports me to my ideal destination. The full skirt, the stripes and oh so mysterious shades…take me away!

One of my resolutions now that I’m in DC is to take more pictures for the blog. Not just ones of myself for outfit posts (obviously I need my camera to do that) but of my new city and fun new things I’m doing in my life. While I’ve only been here a couple weeks, and the weather has been pretty miserable to say the least, this new mission will begin soon as we finally have some rays of sunshine outside.

Why Pamper Life’s Complexities When The Leather Runs Smooth On The Passenger Seat?

I’ve never given the thought of owning leather pants much consideration. That was until I walked into local boutique, Morgan Kylee. last week and found these BlankNYC vegan leather pants. Hesitant to try them on, Morgan pushed that I’d love them if I gave them a chance. And now, I’m in LOVE! For those who don’t live in Atlanta, I found a very similar style, also by BlankNYC, at Madewell for the same price…$88! Moral of the story: give (vegan) leather a chance this fall!
