Back in college I went through a Britney Spears phase where all I wore were graphic t-shirts with quirky little messages on them. (I’d share some of those phrases now but pretty sure my parents read my blog.) In any case, since then I usually stay away from any sort of words on my clothes. However, always one to bring back and old trend, I recently got this soft pink muscle tee with a fun, non-inappropriate, saying on it (it says ‘Hey Babe, You’re a Babe, Babe’) and decided to give it a go. Paired with my on-trend (check out yesterdays post) round sunnies and a casual opened button down, I am totally loving this new look!

I don’t own many pencil skirts. It took me a while to get over my fear that they were strictly for lady lawyers. My first pencil skirt purchase (just a few months back from Club Monaco) was super practical, so I decided my second P.C. had to be all about the sequins! There are tons of ways I know I’ll be wearing this skirt throughout the year, but pairing it with a hot pink silk blouse is definitely my top choice this season.
