Orange Is Young, Full Of Daring, But Very Unsteady For The First Go Round…

When I’m not at work or sleeping, there’s a 99% chance I’m watching Food Network. Sure, I’m working on my blog (or drinking red wine) while doing so, but seriously, if I had only one channel for the rest of my life, this would be it. On my day off, I found myself once again, mesmerized by my favorite food star of all time, Ina Garten. If you aren’t an Ina fan, then I’m not sure we can be friends. One of the episodes I watched (because they love to do mini-marathons of Barefoot Contessa which is A-OK with me!) was all about her love for orange tulips. And since I was in need of inspiration for this weeks shopping post, I figured I’d take it and run. So can we just dedicate this post to Ina? Do you think she’ll read this? Then maybe come to my house and cook dinner and be my best friend? Let’s hope so!

No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problems. Blues, What Blues, Hey I Forgot Them…

If there’s one outfit I live in during springtime, it has to be easy denim, a comfortable top and a pair of sandals. Typically my hair is in a ponytail, minimal makeup and I carry the same tote bag just about everywhere. What can I say, I’m a creature of habit. On another late night of online shopping (which really just means placing things into my online cart, not actually pressing the purchase button), I found myself sticking to this uniform with my recent wish lists.
